Nokia is hosting a special event in New York today where it will launch a new smartphone. The company has been promoting the event with the hashtag ZoomReinvented. So what is Nokia likely to launch at this event? The rumoured device is the Lumia 1020 which is likely to come with a 41-megapixel camera, hence Nokia’s emphasis on Zoom. The device will run Windows 8 platform. Previously Nokia had launched the Nokia PureView 808 with a 41-megapixel camera but it ran on Nokia’s ancient Symbian OS. , the phone will have a 4.5-inch AMOLED HD+screen with “super sensitive” touch feature which is also available on other premium Nokia phones. The feature allows the phone to be used with a gloves on etc. A report on WPCentral
