One of Android’s key features is its flexibility to a variety of customisations, which allows OEMs to carry their own versions of the mobile operating system. For example, Samsung carries its TouchWiz interface in its phones, while HTC phones have the Sense user interface. While there are pros and cons to customised interfaces, they may lack the simplicity of the stock Android UI. This might not be a problem with future ZTE phones, though.

ZTE has announced that all its future smartphones will have the Google Now Launcher by default**.** The launcher has so far been available only on Nexus phones and Google Play edition phones and tablets running Android 4.4 KitKat.   The Google Now Launcher lets you give voice commands from the home screen, which means you can perform tasks such as sending text messages, by just saying “Ok Google” followed by your command. It also makes it easier to add widgets and personalize the home screen. The Google Now launcher supports multiple languages without presetting the language in your phone. It’s a positive move as the launcher stays true to the stock Android experience. You can expect ZTE phones to be pretty intuitive, if you’re already an Android user.     ZTE is the world’s seventh largest smartphone manufacturer that’s based in China. It entered the Indian market this year with a range of Android smartphones targeting the entry and mid-level smartphones. The **Chinese handset manufacturer will be stepping into the premium segment** with the Nubia Z7 Max , expected to launch this October.
