Zopo has launched two new smartphones, dubbed the Zopo Speed 7C and Zopo Speed 8 during the ongoing MWC. The Speed 8 is said to be the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the deca-core Helio X20 MediaTek processor, running Android Marshmallow. Zopo has launched two new smartphones, dubbed the Zopo Speed 7C and Zopo Speed 8 during the ongoing MWC. The Speed 8 is said to be the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the deca-core Helio X20 MediaTek processor, running Android Marshmallow. No details regarding pricing or availability have been shared. In terms of specifications, the Speed 7C features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with 2GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded via a microSD card. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop, the device comes equipped with a 13.2MP rear camera with LED flash along with a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG and microUSB. A 2500mAh battery completes the package. Running Android Marshmallow, the device comes equipped with a 21MP rear camera with LED flash, along with an 8MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. A 3600mAh battery completes the package.
