Yahoo! Video free online service launched

Yahoo! India has teamed up with content producers to launch the Yahoo! Video, a free online video service. This service offers dedicated premium content across various genres like News, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Movies and other content from about 35 leading content producers, which include TV networks and film production houses. .

Internet users spend ample of time watching videos. A recent comScore report that revealed more than 30 million unique visitors watch online videos per month in India. On an average, about 58 videos are watched by per user. With the all new Yahoo! Video, the company promises to provide original content and says the environment is safe for publishers and content providers. The content is generated from original sources with video capsules and short and full-length movies. Yahoo’s Moviplex allows users to enjoy full-length movies at no cost.

At the launch, Arun Tadanki Managing Director, Yahoo!
