Though launched for Rs 9,999, the **Xolo Q1000 Opus** is now available online at around Rs 8,300. Sporting a large 5-inch display, it features a 5-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing VGA camera. The Xolo Opus Q1000 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM, so performance should be on par with most other Indian quad-core handsets. It leverages Broadcom’s BCM23550 quad core HSPA+ processor, BCM4334 connectivity combo chip and BCM4752 multi-constellation GNSS location chip. The dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. On the connectivity front, it comes with support for Wi-Fi, 3G, GPRS, EDGE along with Bluetooth and GPS with A-GPS support.
