Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Mi Edge images leak after Redmi 3S launch

Xiaomi just announced its Redmi 3S smartphone yesterday. Prior to this the company announced its Redmi Pro model and even a MacBook Air alternative called the Mi Notebook Air . With so many new devices showing up, it comes as no surprise that more are headed our way. Now two new Xiaomi smartphones have show up in leaks. One is supposed to be the Redmi 4 while the second one is tagged as the Mi Edge. The leaked images show a metal body with a rounded design that is similar to the currently available Redmi series. There is a fingerprint reader at the back and capacative navigation buttons on the front. There is also something special on the front in the form of a 2.5D glass screen. The second handset seems to be more of a premium device. Rumours suggest that this too is another Mi branded device that was photographed in the wild. Looking at the leaked image one can easily tell that it features a dual curved edge display. The display does look similar to the one found on the Samsung Galaxy S7. This also means that Xiaomi will be using a flexible OLED display that would adjust with the form factor of the smartphone. And it gets a name as well, the Xiaomi Mi Edge, which seems apt considering its dual curved edge display. Reported by Xiaomi Today, the same source also mentions that the Mi Note 2 is also expected to pack in a curved display.
