Xiaomi's purported Mi 4c has surfaced online, this time via a leaked retail box image. Specifications of the device have also been provided in the image as well. The image has been leaked by GizmoChina and is said to be priced at around CNY 1,299 (Rs 13,500). It is being said that the device will be announced in the first week of September.

In terms of specifications, the device sports a 5-inch display, and is powered by the Snapdragon 808 processor paired with 2GB RAM. It will include an internal storage of 16GB, however no information has been provided regarding an expandable microSD card. It is being said that the smartphone may come in a 32GB storage variant as well.
In terms of camera, the device will come equipped with a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP front facing camera. In additional features, the Xiaomi Mi 4c will also feature a USB Type-C connector and reportedly runs the latest MIUI 7 interface. The dimension are expected to be exactly the same as the Mi 4i, 138.1 x 69.6 x 7.8 mm and should also weigh just about 130 grams.

Previously, a leaked AnTuTu benchmark result proved that the alleged Mi 4c will come with 1.4GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and connectivity options will include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE and 4G LTE.
Recently, Xiaomi was also rumoured to be working on a smartphone with a complete edge display, dubbed Xiaomi Mi Edge. In terms of specifications, the device is rumoured to sport a 5.2-inch 2K display from Sharp along with a Snapdragon 808 chipset and either between 3GB – 4GB RAM. It is expected to sport a 16MP rear camera and a fingerprint scanner. Analysts think that the the curved display smartphone might be priced at CNY 2,500 (Rs 26,000).
