Xiaomi India launches Mi Bunny, a WhatsApp-based free service for instant updates about product launches, deals and Mi events

Xiaomi India has launched a new free subscription service for its users in the Indian market called Xiaomi Bunny. The company announced this new service in a detailed post on its official MIUI forums (not available at the moment). These subscription-based updates will include details on the latest news related to the company, all the product launches by **Xiaomi** , notifications of product deals, reminders about upcoming flash sales, weekly MIUI updates and reminders about Mi Fan meetups. The post clarified that this service is in Beta testing and is limited to the functionalities mentioned earlier in the article. Xiaomi stated that it will add more functionalities to the service soon. The company also pointed out that privacy of the data of its customers is the ‘highest concern’ for Xiaomi and it will ensure that the name, contact details and the location of users enrolling to this subscription service are not accessible to any third-party services. The service will send you a welcome message highlighting its features. 3. To complete the subscription and enable notifications, users will have to send their Name and City to this number so that Xiaomi can send you notifications about Mi events in your city. Users can also raise customer support requests by sending SUPPORT to the number and then follow the on-screen instructions. They can also unsubscribe to the service by texting STOP to the number on WhatsApp.
