The Worms series has been around for eons, and has somehow almost managed to keep fans happy – that is if you ignore Worms 3D (I hate that game with a vengeance). THQ has just announced that they’re going to release Worms: A Space Oddity in Spring 2008, which will supposedly have a ‘fresh look’.

Call me an purist if you like, but I hate the idea of a ‘fresh look’ for this game. Let’s hope that the game’s not 3D, because I for one am not going to touch it with a 10 foot long worm, ermm, I mean pole if it’s not 2D.
