While Microsoft is already in the process of testing updates for Windows 10 Mobile Version 1511, there are reports of of the company internally testing Build 10586.218 which might be available as a cumulative update to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Ring soon. Most significant in the Version 1511 update was the release of Windows 10 Mobile for phones and small tablets. This included the new Continuum for phone, allowing devices such as the Lumia 950 and 950 XL to drive an attached screen such as a monitor or TV, in much the same way as a dual monitor setup for desktop PCs. Along with phone support, there was also the Build 10586 SDK which included minor updates and bug fixes to the original 10240 SDK, and also a number of new APIs such as support for Bluetooth device pairing, Jump Lists attached to tiles, app listings in the Start Screen, among others. According to a report by MSPoweruser, there is no clarity on which Lumia devices are actually receiving the updates. Also, there seem to be no new features. The report adds that Microsoft has fixed the overlay bug in the All Apps list. Microsoft was also recently testing bringing the camera button to the lock-screen on Windows 10 Mobile. The camera button was first spotted on a Windows 10 Mobile Redstone build. Redstone builds are Insider Previews that are released to a beta test group.
