Will we see NVIDIA GTX 750Ti sporting Maxwell architecture next month?

It looks like NVIDIA is not yet done with the GTX 700 series of cards, but the architecture of its future cards may just be different. According to a report by SweClockers, NVIDIA may release a new card on February 18th, called the GTX 750Ti. This new card is alleged to sport the Maxwell GPU architecture.   Cards based on the Maxwell architecture are expected to support unified virtual memory or UVM, which will allow CPU and GPU to share address space. This sounds similar to AMDs plans of unifying memory via its heterogeneous system architecture (HSA) which is to be seen in its **Kaveri APU line-up**. Only time will tell if these technologies are indeed similar.   The alleged GTX 750Ti is expected to be based on the 28nm process and will be manufactured by Taiwanese semiconductor maker TSMC. This card will most likely replace the GTX 650Ti BOOST. According to TechPowerup, NVIDIA may just be trying out the Maxwell architecture on the 28nm process, before moving on to the 20nm manufacturing process for future Maxwell cards.   Another new aspect of Maxwell is that it will contain a 64-bit ARM processor with the proprietary Denver architecture. It is the same processor that will be seen on the Tegra K1 system-on-chip. This is meant to ensure performance gains in GPGPU-related workloads, but all Maxwell cards may not have the built-in ARM processor.
