HMD Global, the manufacturer of Nokia, has partnered with Vodafone India to provide exclusive offers for the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 smartphones. According to a report on IANS, Vodafone India announced that it has partnered with the Finnish manufacturing company and all users can avail offers on 4 G and 3 G internet. “We are delighted to partner with HMD Global to roll out this exciting offer that enables our customers to get the most out of their new Nokia smartphone”, said Sandeep Kataria, Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone India, in a statement. Vodafone requested all its customers who are purchasing the Nokia smartphone range of Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6, can experience its strong data network, according to the statement given to IANS. “This partnership showcases our commitment to provide the best possible experience to our Nokia smartphone consumers who are Vodafone subscribers,” added Ajey Mehta, Vice President India, HMD Global.
Vodafone India will offer 15 GB of data free on Nokia 3 and Nokia 5. According to Vodafone’s plan offers, buyers of the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 can avail 4 GB of free internet if they buy a 1 GB data pack. However, this will last till three cycles. This means that new users will get 15 GB of free data. For prepaid users, it will be valid for three months or a recharge three times, whichever comes first. For postpaid users, it is valid for three billing cycles, however, the user must have a 1 GB pack always. The rate for 1 GB of data will vary from circle to circle. This offer is valid from 13 June to 12 September. Since the Nokia 6 would be on sale via Amazon exclusively, Vodafone is giving 9 GB data to such users for free. However, the user must get a recharge of 1 GB separately for the user to avail 9 GB of free data out of the 10 GB data available. This offer can be availed from 11 May to 30 June.
