Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has announced a new selfie smartphone for the Indian market. The V5 Plus is the latest selfie centric smartphone, which was first announced alongside Vivo V5 back in November. Priced at Rs 27,890, it can be pre-booked from 24 January with the first sale happening on 1 February.
The smartphone features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD (1920x1080) resolution protected with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Inside, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz with an Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. Internal storage is 64GB which is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD.

Other features include a fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, 4G LTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 3,160 mAh battery.
