Videocon VT10 10.1-inch tablet launched in India for Rs 10,999

Videocon Mobile Phones recently launched its VT10 tablet in India. The Videocon VT10 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and sports an IPS screen.

Videocon VT10 10.1-inch tablet launched in India for Rs 10,999

Videocon Mobile Phones recently launched its VT10 tablet in India. The Videocon VT10 runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and sports an IPS screen. Videocon seems to be going for the budget demographic with a price of Rs 10,999.

The tablet is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Processor and a 6800 mAh battery. The tablet offers full HD playback for videos, and 1GB of RAM. The tablet also comes with the bare essentials, such as Wi-Fi connectivity and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also has an OTG cable that you can use to connect the tablet to USB drives and 3G dongles.

Here are some of the specifications of the Videocon VT10:

  • 10.1-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800

  • Wi-Fi

  • Bluetooth

  • 2 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera

  • 8GB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB via microSD

  • HDMI Out

The tablet comes with pre-loaded apps, such as Saavn and NexGtv. It also comes with Facebook and Nimbuzz to satiate your social needs. More apps can be downloaded for the tablet through the Play Store.

Videocon launched the A20 and A30 dual-SIM smartphones in India last month. In its statement, the company claims that it is an amalgamation of dual-SIM super smartphone features in a sleek contoured body with all the latest features and technology. As per the company, the smartphones are an answer to all budget smartphone needs of the country’s evolving consumer base.

The Videocon A20 is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Processor and is fuelled by a 1350 mAh battery. It comes with features like dual-SIM, dual-standby capabilities and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS.

The Videocon A20 smartphone comes pre-loaded with apps like Facebook, TOI, ET, History Eraser, Gesture Search and Google applications and is available at a price of Rs 4,999.

The Videocon A30 is powered by a 1GHz Dual Core Qualcomm processor. It runs the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS. The Videocon A30 is fuelled by a 1500 mAh battery. The Videocon A30 measures 10.8mm in thickness. It comes pre-loaded with apps like Facebook, TOI, ET, History Eraser, Gesture Search, Gameloft Crome- ‘Where’s Wally’, Google applications. The Videocon A30 is available at a price of Rs 7,299.
