Vampires: The Masquerade - Bloodlines Patch 2.7 out now

I know this is a really old game and most of you would have probably uninstalled it by now, but this patch is primarily for those who couldn’t complete the game (this game was buggier than the Starship Troopers movie). There’s a high chance this patch may still not smoothem out the game, but there’s no harm in trying, right? Keep in mind this is a third party patch as Troika, the developers of this game no longer exist. Here’s what the patch has to offer:

  • Cops now have Glocks and dropped ammo will always be a full reload.
  • Missing texture for the Ra blade reconstructed, thanks to Xealous.
  • Made paying angered Vandal easier and added a Gargoyle quest state.
  • Fixed Eliza not raising Melee and made Thistle improve Dodge only.
  • Removed the zoom mode of the ‘Jamie Sue’ and raised damage instead.
  • Moved computers and firearms books from Trip to Clinic and Carson.
  • Restored Zygaena appearing in the Red Dragon after talking to Ming.
  • Fixed wrong conditions in dialogues of LaCroix, Beckett and Tseng.
  • Circumvented bug that made it possible for Boris to be unreachable.
  • Corrected several histories in which the Melee bonus did not work.
  • Repaired bug that could make Imalia angry before getting her quest.
  • Fixed python script errors in Grout’s Mansion and Vesuvius levels.

This patch can be installed over your already existing patches and can be found here . vampires.jpg

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
