Twitter updates its iOS app; Windows 10 app coming soon

Twitter has updated the iOS version of its app, which now gets more interactive functions. Twitter is also said to launch its app for Windows 10, which is all set to launch tomorrow. The Twitter app for iOS version 6.33 is in line with the new API that comes with iOS 8. It brings interactive notifications and also allows to favourite or reply to a tweet directly from the notification panel when another app is running on the screen. With the updated app, iOS users can also view and work on their saved drafts too. The updated Twitter for iOS is now available to download from the App Store. Besides, the Twitter is also said to be working on a new redesigned app that will be in line with Windows 10. The new design includes a refresh button along with the new tweet option. It will function very much like the Windows 8 app. It should be noted that Twitter for Windows hasn’t seen many tweaks since it launched in March 2013. Though there is no offcial word yet, the app is likely to launch sometime this week.
