This would be a welcome addition as Twitter does involve far too many steps for posting photos and video in comparison to the likes of Snapchat , Instagram and even Facebook. As pointed out in the report, this new product by Twitter aims at reducing the number of steps required to post an image or a video. The report also adds that the design or the launch date of the new product has not been finalized yet but that a demo is in the works. Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, Jack Dorsey who has praised Snapchat in the past for its “modernity”, seems to be taking cues from the app to engage Twitter users.
