Twitter goes down worldwide, including India!

Popular micro-blogging platform Twitter was reported down by many users across the globe including India, America, Australia and others. Users were greeted with by a technical issue while trying to access the website.

When one would log onto Twitter from the desktop, it would pop an error stating, “Something is technically wrong”. According to isitdownrightnow , Twitter was facing “a likely service disruption.” Few people, at this very moment, claim that the service is yet down for them while some users experience a glitch while using the service.

However, for those who have Twitter back up again vented their discomfort about the outrage on the platform.

This would be the second time this year, that Twitter has suffered from this issue. On January 19, Twitter suffered a brief outage, affecting services for about 10 minutes. The issue was fixed, but the company did not elaborate. The outage also impacted some of its users in India. “Between 6:23 am and 6:33 am PST (7.53 pm and 8.03 pm IST), some users were experiencing issues accessing Twitter via mobile and the Web. This issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience,” Twitter said in a blog post.

When visiting the desktop site, users were greeted with the message, “Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing – we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon.”

Twitter service has been experiencing several disruptions over the past few months, with the one outage being reported on January 15, as well.
