As the media storage needs of the users went on increasing, a simple memory card slot wasn’t enough as it meant putting in extra cash to buy more memory cards. Nokia made headlines with their N91 which had a built-in 4GB hard disk drive, but Sony took the prize with their built-in 4GB flash memory in the W950i, making the phone more reliable and less power consuming.
