Titan Juxt Pro smartwatch announced at Rs 22,995

Titan had announced its entry into the smartwatch segment with the launch of the the Titan Juxt in collaboration with HP. It as now added to that portfolio with the launch of the Titan Juxt Pro which is priced at Rs 22,995. The smartwatch coming in Black and Silver colour options will be selling online on Flipkart as well as select offline Titan stores along with some electronics stores. Unlike its predecessor, which was more of an analog watch with a slight digital feature, the Juxt Pro is an all-out smartwatch complete with a circular touchscreen display. Built with an all-metal body, the Titan Juxt Pro has a somewhat chunky design thanks to the 15.2mm thickness. The Juxt Pro comes with a 1.3-inch IPS LCD display with a 360 x 360 pixel resolution which gives a pixel density of 278PPI. It uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The Juxt Pro is water resistant up to 30 metres and it is compatible with any smartphone running Android 4.4 (and over) and iOS 8 (and above) operating systems. The pairing is done via the Titan Juxt app via Bluetooth. On the inside, you have an Intel dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz which is paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage. There is a rechargable 450mAh Li-Polymer battery which according to Titan, gives around 36 hours of usage time. There are some 20 pre-loaded watch faces from which you can select your preferred watch face. You can also store music on the watch and listen to it using a Bluetooth headset. The Titan Juxt Pro can display notifications such as messages, emails and lets you answer phone calls as well. There’s a camera app which you can use to remotely fire your smartphone. Other apps include fitness, calendar, timer and sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope and so on. The Titan Juxt Pro also has a security feature. On installing the Titan Safety app on the paired Android or iOS device, you can inform your emergency contact about your location. Long pressing the button on the watch will send your location and an emergency call to your registered emergency contact. Alongwith this you also get features such as weather forecast, converter across units and more.
