Tinder Plus comes with premium features such as Passport, which lets you change your location and the other feature is Rewind, which lets you take back your last swipe. Of course, being a Tinder Plus member also means you will not see any ads on the app. Looks like people are willing to pay in excess of $10 per month to use this service.

Speaking to The Verge, Match CEO Greg Blatt said that Tinder still has a lot of potential without eating into Match’s other dating related properties. “Tinder is a huge category expansion story. The category expansion far outweighs any cannibalistic impact,” said Blatt.

Tinder India is also doing a lot of activities to keep up the app’s popularity in India. Recently, it collaborated with UK based co-operative Haiku creation app, HaikuJam to celebrate International Haiku Poetry Day, to bring people together and write Haiku. Themes for Haiku included swiping right, first dates, and finding love.
