TGS 2008: Xbox Live Update Dated

As most of you already know, Xbox Live is about to get a massive update that’ll not only change it’s physical attributes but introduce tons of new features as well – a lot of which that were deemed necessary (like the support for 1680x1050). At Microsoft’s Press Conference at the on-going Tokyo Game Show 2008, John Schappert, Corporate Vice President of Xbox Live, Services and Software said that the update would arrive worldwide on the 19th of November 2008.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office.
