Greetings fellow techies. It’s time for another tech2 contest and this time we’ve got Qualcomm, the mobile chip maker extraordinaire, on board. We’re going to be giving away a total of 5 Qualcomm-powered smartphones over the course of 10 weeks. Stay tuned to tech2 and at the end of every two weeks we’ll announce a winner.
