As Capcom gear up to release Street Fighter X Tekken this March for the Xbox360 and PS3, they’ve also announced that they have been working on a Vita port of the game that should hit stores sometime this year. Details on the game are scarce but Capcom promises the Vita version will pack in nearly a dozen extra fighters such as Blanka, Cody, Dudley, Elena, Guy and Sakura from Tekken as well as Alisa Bosconovitch, Bryan Fury, Christie Monteiro, Jack, Lars Alexandersson and Lei Wulong from Street Fighter.

As part of their 25th Anniversary, Capcom are going all out to promote this game with a brand new fighting game centric internet reality show. The show will be hosted on IGN.com and will feature ten players kicking each other butt’s in Street Fighter X Tekken for everyone’s enjoyment (and a boatload of cash along the way).

Street Fighter X Tekken will release for the Xbox360 and PS3 by the 9th of March 2012. A PC port is expected later down the line.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now.
