After the launch of the **Xperia Z1 Compact** , **Sony’s Xperia T2 Ultra** has now been spotted online sporting a price tag of Rs 32,000. The device is listed on Saholic and the online retailer promises to deliver the device by February 26. However, a Sony representative tells us that the company hasn’t yet officially launched the device in India yet. The spokesperson refused to comment on how it is listed online with a promised delivery date. The Xperia T2 Ultra is the company’s large 6-inch phablet and has been touted as a successor to the Xperia T. In terms of key differences, expect relatively better picture quality as compared to the Xperia T. The device has a sleek profile of 7.6mm, despite the huge display. It has a 13MP rear camera and a 1.1MP front-facing camera. Its 8GB onboard storage can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. All of this will be fuelled by a 3,000mAh battery. Under the hood, it comes powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8928) processor. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth and DLNA. Earlier reports claimed that Sony planned to position the T2 Ultra as a budget device for emerging markets and wouldn’t get Sony’s entire app suite that is currently found on the Z1s. The report claimed that the smartphone would support Background defocus, Sweep Panorama, Collage, Timeshift burst and the selfie-friendly Portrait Retouch. A price of Rs 32,000, seems rather steep for a phone featuring Snapdragon 400. The **Moto G** starting at Rs 12,500 and the Xolo Q1100 at Rs 15,000 also come armed with a Snapdragon 400 chipset. So, users would be basically paying for a large screen experience and the 13MP snapper. Read our **Xperia T2 Ultra specifications review** .
