It’s developed by Prima, the very same bunch of people that comes up with guides for most open world or Role Playing Games. This app contains a highly accurate and detailed map of Skyrim that can be zoomed in up to 3200% so you can see all the lovely detail on the terrain. In addition to that, you can even search for certain locations, add markers and make notes.

If this isn’t enough for you, you can convert this app into a guide by paying up $9.99 and gain access to all its premium content like unusual gems, the locations of all the Dragon Priest masks, unique items (armour as well as weapons) and lots more.
