Siri the porn star loves Apple, but hates answering the questions

Adult star Sigrid, 23 who hails from Minnesota, USA indeed thinks she chose the wrong screen name for her career. With screen name like ‘Siri’ she seems to have grown frustrated of people cracking Siri-related jokes when they meet her. In fact, Sigrid took to Quora recently and vented out talking about how she does like Apple products, but hates the Siri-themed jokes from wisecracks. The Mirror UK reports that the porn star who began her career in 2013 indeed seemed to have plenty of issues with her screen name that perfectly matches Apple’s friendly voice assistant called Siri. Answering the question “What’s it like to be named after a commercial product?” (that has now garnered about 177,000 views) Siri commented that at least fifty percent of the people she meets will comment on her name in relation to the Apple product. Coming to Apple products, the star said, “People always want to know about how much I love Apple products (I do love them, but that’s totally irrelevant to my name)”. However, she did comment about how she got her name and where it comes from, “For the record, my name is short for Sigrid, which is a pretty common name in the Scandinavian countries of Norway and Sweden. And I am both Norwegian and Swedish… so there ya go.” Of course, Googling ‘Siri’ will take you to search results with Apple’s voice assistant in the listing so we are pretty sure that it would be hard getting discovered online. Oddly, she did not reveal whether she uses the voice assistant on her iPhone because unlike Google Now users cannot customise the call name, so Siri has to deal with it until Apple comes up with a name change.
