Sin Episodes update

Good news for Sin-ners out there; Ritual has released a new update for Sin Episodes that comes bundled with a new mode, Arena, four new maps and some misc fixes. Even though it sounds like an MP mode, Arena is a “single-player high-scores mode where you take on a series of foes until you die”; similar to Max Payne’s Dead Man Walking.

Players will have to be content with only four maps as of now; Highrise Lobby, The Office, Turbine and U4 Processing Station, but Ritual is working hard on the MP mod which should be out soon.

Some of the misc issues this patch addresses are:

Exposed some additional statistics from the Personal Challenge System Updated manual with additional troubleshooting information, Arena Mode documentation Minor asset rearrangement required for upcoming SDK release Fixed issue where “Pipes & Crates, Inc.” phone message would not play Fixed visual issue with Elexis hologram on some DirectX 7 cards Fixed issue where security bots could not be damaged from certain locations in Highrise Fixed some closed captions Fixed minor issues with U4 Lab 02 (About time) Miscellaneous bug fixes

This update will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted.

Nash, as he prefers being called, woke up to the wonders of gaming rather late but don't bring that up around him. It's a touchy subject. A self confessed Battlefield veteran, Nash spent a good part of 2010 on the Steam Battlefield - with Bad Company (see what we did there?). He has a zero tolerance policy towards RTS games but is currently showing an interest by picking up and moving people - who he refers to as units - in the office. Thank God he's not that enthusiastic about Angry Birds or we'd be seeing women flying all over the place. Bali... Bali, put the receptionist down now. see more
