Practically every cellphone manufacturer has tried to
clone the Motorola RAZR with no success, and now it looks like they’re going after the SLVR. Samsung’s latest SGH-T509 for is a SLVR clone, of course a bit better - it is 9.8mm thin when compared to the SLVR’s 11.5mm - but nothing else. The T-Mobile SGH-T509 has the standard 262k color screen, a mundane VGA camera, WAP 2.0, EDGE and AIM/ICQ/Yahoo! Messenger support. Doesn’t look like there’s a memory card slot either. What’s with this Motorola obsession? First the RAZR, now the SLVR. What next? iTunes phones? Motorola Q clones? Try something new, guys.
