Samsung Introduces AV Line-up

Along with a wide array of products, Samsung announced an AV Line-up at the Samsung Forum in New Delhi. This Line-up includes a 3D Blu-ray player – the BD-D5500 and a home theatre system – the HT-D5550WK.

Samsung brings a 3D quality theatre experience to your home with the BD-D5500 3D Blu-ray player. When connected to a LAN connection, the player can enable Smart Blu-Ray features such as AllShare and Smart Hub that includes Your Video, Search All, Web Browser and Samsung Apps. Or up convert 2D Blu-ray Disc titles into high quality video output.

HT-D5500WK
The HT-D5500WK supports full HD 1080p video playback for both Blu-Ray and standard DVDs, and 2D non HD content can also be up converted to be played at full 1080p. A karaoke feature also comes with this 5.1 channel, 1000 watt home theatre system which sports four tallboy speakers.

The HT-D5500WK Home Theatre system will enable you to access interactive and web based content through Smart Blu-ray features including AllShare and wirelessly syncs digital devices so music, movies and photos can be enjoyed through a DLNA certified PC. Moreover, an advanced, built in DPS effect generator called 3D sound creates an immersive audio experience.
