Samsung’s new tiny super-fast SSD might just blow you away in terms of size, while a typical laptop or PC SSD measures close to 2.5-inches, this measures approximately a hundredth of a 2.5-inch SSD. The dimensions are 20mm x 16mm x 1.5mm with a weight of just a gram and the company has managed to cram in a 512GB LPDDR RAM, a Samsung controller and 16 48-layer 256-gigabit V-NAND flash chips.Even the speeds are incredibly fast as Samsung confirms that it will triple the performance of a typical SATA SSD. It will offer read/write speeds up to 1,500MB/s and the ability to move a full HD movie or a file size of 5GB in about 3 seconds.
