Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 to be unveiled on 20 June; to feature 9.7-inch QXGA Super Amoled display

Samsung India would be unveiling its latest Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 in the coming week on June 20. The company has sent out invites for the launch event of its flagship tablet for 2017 at an event to be held in Bengaluru. The  Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 was first announced at the Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. The tablet features a 9.7-inch Super Amoled display sporting a QXGA (2048×1536 pixels) resolution. With a 9.7-inch display, the tablet is slightly smaller than the recently launched 10.5-inch Apple iPad Pro.  The tablet will arrive in two colors, black and silver. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Inside, you get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset which is 18 percent faster than the previous chipset. Similarly, the GPU is 3 percent faster. The device packs in a 4 GB RAM, and 32 GB internal storage that is expandable memory up to 256 GB. With a playback of 12 hours and a battery of 6,000 mAh, the tab is ideal for those who spend most of their time on their tabs.  The tablet is powered by Android 7.0 Nougat with Samsung’s custom TouchWiz skinning. Both the visual and audio departments seem to have been taken care of. On the communications front, we have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Succeeding the Galaxy Tab S2, this upgraded version also carries with itself a pen which does not require charging. This pen comes in two colors according to their respective models, black and silver. Along with the hardware stylus, Samsung has also bundled software like Samsung Notes, Soundcamp, and Pen.UP. The device also comes with Samsung cloud and Samsung flow which will allow syncing both the phone and tablet together.
