Samsung had disclosed to build its flagship 2015, allegedly the Galaxy S6, from scratch. Looks like, it also plans to revamp the software for the device. Sammobile, known to reveal accurate information about Samsung products, has revealed that the company plans to bid goodbye to some of its pre-installed apps, and embrace Microsoft apps like OneNote, OneDrive, Office Mobile (with a free Office 365 subscription), and Skype. It isn’t yet clear which pre-installed Samsung apps the company plans to remove. “It’s possible that things like S Voice, S Health, S Note or Scrapbook will not be pre-loaded anymore and will instead be offered on the Galaxy Apps store. What’s interesting is that Samsung has apparently pre-installed quite a few Microsoft apps, possibly as a result of the deal the two companies made recently in relation to the patent royalty case they were embroiled in,” says the report. An earlier report has been hinting at Samsung working on an optimised software near to stock Android and also its plans to cut down bloatware. If the new report is to be believed then Samsung will also bring some changes to its TouchWiz UI. The TouchWiz on Galaxy S6 will reportedly be faster compared to Galaxy Note 4 running Android Lollipop. “Samsung has also adopted a lot of animations and effects that debuted on Lollipop – we can already see some of these effects in motion on Lollipop on existing Samsung devices, and it looks like the visual experience will be even better on the Galaxy S6, adds the Sammobile report. Some changes to the UI will include changes like a default keyboard app that looks more like a mix between the keyboard on the Galaxy Tab S and the iOS keyboard, more theming options, more colorful Samsung apps, to name a few.  This means, Samsung wants to bring some visual changes to the UI and also spruce up the performance. In less than 20 days, Samsung will officially launch the 2015 flagship and the company has already sent out press invites for its March 1 event. Previous reports have been hinting at Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge to be the names of the upcoming devices. The devices are likely to be available in four different colour choices. In terms of specs, the Galaxy S6 may feature an Ultra HD 4K display, 4GB RAM and a 20MP camera. An initial specs list for S6 said that the device would have a 5.3-inch 4K AMOLED display, a 64-bit Exynos 7420 or Snapdragon 810 processor depending on the country, 5 megapixel front camera, and Broadcom’s new sensor chip. A recent **report** talks about 5.1-inch displays, one of the model to come with three-sided display, and an easy-to-use, intelligent camera. Samsung is also expected to release the Galaxy S6 with Exynos 7 and LTE.  Initially, Samsung was testing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, but it was found to cause over heating, which made **Samsung drop the idea of using the Snapdragon 810 SoC**. Qualcomm has **agreed to rework the Snapdragon 810 SoC** for Samsung’s flagship device. Another **report**  had revealed that the 32GB Galaxy S6 variant is likely to be priced at 749 euros that is approximately Rs 53,000, 64GB at 849 euros which comes to approximately Rs 62,000 and and 128GB version to cost 949 euros (approx. Rs 69,300). The 32GB **Galaxy S6 Edge** is likely to be priced at 849 euros that is about Rs 59,500, 64GB version at 949 euros (approx. Rs 66,400) and 128GB variant at 1049 euros which comes to Rs 73,300.
