Corroborating earlier rumours that hinted at Samsung going in for a redesign of TouchWiz, a new leak has shown more hints of what to expect from the revamped UI. The skin is said to be coming to the Samsung Galaxy S5 and it looks like Samsung has taken a whole lot of inspiration from Google Now. The leaks came, courtesy serial tipster @evleaks, who hinted at the Korean company taking visual cues from Google Now. The leaked shot gives us a closer look at the lock screen and home screen widget that will display contextual cards for the user, depending on your notifications and other settings. The widget will provide a bunch of notifications. Some examples shown in these pictures include temperature, flight status, delivery status of orders, appointments, future events, directions and even your coffee order. Social context has been covered well too, with messages, check-ins and video shares being seen in the widget too. Going with the flow of the wearable and fitness fad in the tech industry currently, the widget also shows run statistics. It still isn’t sure if Samsung will be tapping Google Now’s information or will be launching a different app that pulls all this information in. [caption id=“attachment_216551” align=“alignnone” width=“640”] Looks interesting[/caption] This leak joins another one that showed a neater, sleeker screengrab of TouchWiz that @evleaks released earlier this month. Horizontal widgets that throw up contextual information like map routes, time and temperature and redesigned icons for messages and phone were seen. Going by EvLeaks’ track record, we should be preparing to welcome a whole new – and on the face of it - a lot better TouchWiz. If reports are anything to go by, Samsung will be unveiling the Samsung Galaxy S5 as soon as the MWC, slated to be held next month in Barcelona or even in March. Take a look at all that we know about the **Samsung Galaxy S5** currently.
