Samsung’s been very confident about their NX range of cameras that are known for their interchangeable lenses and of course, the mirrorless sensor design. Samsung just launched their NX200 model, earlier this month and with the popularity of mirrorless cameras on the rise, these should be good times for mirrorless camera manufacturers. Samsung expects to sell between 150,000 and 250,000 cameras by the end of the year.

Samsung isn’t the only brand manufacturing these mirrorless cameras, though. Brands such as Olympus and Panasonic have also been selling mirrorless micro four-third cameras, for a while now. The latest brand to make an entry is Nikon and the next to follow may be Canon. Canon for one, has a big event planned for early November. Experts feel that the event might be the venue for the launch of their line of mirrorless cameras. Nikon also recently launched their Nikon J1 and V1 mirrorless cameras. These are said to go on sale on the 20th of October this year.
