Sagem has just announced four new phones for the entry and mid level segment. The key feature of all these phones is the price.

The first one is the my501x, which offers multimedia features such as a 1.3 megapixel camera, Mp3 player, Bluetooth etc. and is priced at only Rs. 5,200.
The next one is the my215x which is a basic phone, but it highlights its music player feature, and is priced at Rs. 3,000.
The third one is a red clamshell my202c. It has WAP support, but not much else – no camera, no MP3 – coming in at Rs. 2,600.

The final one, my401c, is another clamshell that has a bit more to say under the features list, namely MP3 playback, a VGA camera, Bluetooth and WAP. Rs. 4,336 for this phone, which also has an external display.
These phones are launching in Europe soon. I don’t think Sagem is planning to get them to India, but if they’re reading this, I’d like to tell them that the my501x and my401c are looking very, very interesting at their respective price points.
