Red Dead Redemption puts you in the shoes of John Marston, in the wild west of the year of 1911. The plot of the open world game revolves around Retired Outlaw John Marston, now living with his wife and child. He had a quiet existence, until something went terribly wrong. An agent of the law, Edgar Ross, has kidnapped his family in order to coerce Marston to hunt down his former partner, Bill Williamson. Williamson left Marston to die when they were still bandits. Now Marston is given a chance to settle the score.

Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City includes the downloadable content released for Grand Theft Auto IV, which are The Lost and the Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony. The Lost and the Damned puts you in the shoes of a leader of a biker gang. After the recent arrest of the old leader, it is up to you to restore harmony in the gang. The Ballad of Gay Tony has you play Luis, friend and business partner of Gay Tony. L.A. Noire is an open world game set a few years after the end of World War II. You play Cole Phelps, an up and coming police officer. You have to unravel mysteries behind crimes and eventually discover a conspiracy so deep that it goes to the very top of the city’s hierarchy. The main feature of the game is the technology used to capture facial expressions, which in turn was used as an integral part of gameplay during interrogation sequences where you have to guess if the suspect is lying or telling the truth.

Ever heard of one of those people who just never seem to shut up about something? Shunal is like the nerd equivalent of that guy. Believe us when we say that he can go on talking about games and smartphones for hours on end. We do manage to find some insight in his insane ramblings though, and through his moronic facade, he does seem to know more than he lets on. Sadly enough, it always ends up being about gaming with him. Or stupid, stupid puns. see more
