Panasonic launched an enhancement of their IPTV services on their VIERA HDTVs called VIERA Connect. This service is an open IPTV platform that also contains applications like expanded video streaming and two way interactive features from gaming to social networking and fitness programs.
The VIERA Connect adds to VIERA HDTVs
Along with launching the VIERA Connect service, Panasonic also launched 23 new flat panel VIERA TV Models which range from 19 inches to 65 inches. These televisions are compatible with the VIERA Connect program and come in both Plasma and LCD/LED versions. Some features of the new tvs include fast refresh rates, game mode, wide viewing angles and a reduction in power consumption.
Paddy does not, we repeat, definitely does NOT belong in the category of Mac-head (yeh right!). She does get excited by her iPhone and her iMac and her iPod Nano and her Macbook and Bali's iPad and her future iHouse (patent pending). Ok, so maybe her head is a little bit forbidden fruit shaped. She likes shooting video (iPhone 4 camera zindabad!) and editing montages (Final Cut Pro zindabad!), whether the scene calls for it or no.
