Panasonic Eluga L 4G launched at Rs 12,990; sports Snapdragon 410, 8MP camera

Panasonic expands the Eluga series in India with a new 4G-enabled smartphone - Eluga L. The all new Eluga L 4G is priced at Rs 12,990. The Eluga sports a 5-inch IPS display with 720 X 1080 pixels of resolution. Dipped in blue colour, it is mere 6.1mm thick. It also gets a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass protection on the front as well as back. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. On the storage front, expect 8GB onboard space and support for microSD card slot up to 32GB. The smartphone also comes fitted with an 8MP rear snapper and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfie lovers. It offers a feature called Blink Play that activates the camera shutter of the front camera when the user blinks. The phone is also capable of initiating an automatic three-second countdown on detecting a blink. The smartphone runs rather older Android 4.4 KitKat along with a layer of the company’s Fit Home UI. The connectivity options include 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
