OnePlus has announced a Champagne Gold color variant for the OnePlus X smartphone which will be available starting 22 December in Europe, followed by other markets. The front and back of the device is offered in white while the metal frame offered in a gold finish. It is said to be a variation of the Onyx OnePlus X and not the Ceramic one. The device was earlier only a China-exclusive but will now sell in international markets as well. One can purchase the device via an invite or during the open sale held every Tuesday. It is priced at CNY 1,599. (approximately Rs 16,500)  In terms of specifications, the device sports a 5-inch AMOLED display offering a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. The OnePlux has 3 GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 16GB, and can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. The device sports a 13MP rear camera along with a 8MP front facing camera.
