OnePlus is having a successful year this time round as its new smartphone, the OnePlus 3, has been a great seller. The reason for its success has been the flagship level hardware and features at half the price of traditional flagship smartphones. Company co-founder Carl Pei had told us earlier that they have gone back to their roots and have focused on making the OnePlus 3 stand along with big flagships like the Galaxy S7 and the iPhone 6S. He also mentioned that the company is committed to satisfy their customers’ needs and aspirations. Keeping to their word, OnePlus has sent out a mail with a survey to the owners and potential customers of the OnePlus 3 . The survey asks a few basic questions around product satisfaction as well as customer preferences. A few lucky participant will also get a chance to win OnePlus smartphones, accessories and merchandise. Here is the official mail:
