OnePlus 6 with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage rumoured to be priced at $749

Rumours regarding the unannounced upcoming flagship from OnePlus are not showing any sign of slowing down.

Speculative reports about the specifications and design have been doing rounds of the internet claiming to give us a peek at what could be, the OnePlus 6. The images for the alleged OnePlus 6 range from device renders to leaked real-world images of the device.

According to a recent report by GizmoChina, the pricing of the device with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage is likely to be $749. This amounts to Rs 48,840 at the time of writing.

GizmoChina initially spotted the image with the price on Chinese social media website Weibo. According to the previously launched OnePlus 5T and even OnePlus 5, it is possible that the company will launch two variants of the device, one with 6 GB RAM and either 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage and the second variant with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage.

The device is likely to pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC along with Snapdragon X50 modem. It is also possible that the company may pack a 6-inch display with 19:9 aspect ratio and iPhone X-like notch.

OnePlus has not issued any statement about the upcoming device at the time of writing. This means that it is likely that the pricing can be incorrect. However, if the pricing is correct, then the pricing of the top-end flagship from OnePlus has increased significantly from the current Rs 37,999 with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. It is a bump of more than Rs 10,000 in the top variant of the device.
