Nothing is visible in the screenshot but the system clock on the left side along with repositioned system icons hints at a notch on the OnePlus 6.

With the launch of Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, rumours have intensified about the launch of the next OnePlus flagship in the lineup.

The device we are referring to is OnePlus's upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 6. As previously reported, alleged images of the device along with the iPhone X-like notch and what seems to be an all-glass back and vertical dual camera setup along with the LED unit, fingerprint scanner and the OnePlus logo centrally-aligned.

Moving on from the design of the OnePlus 6, an exclusive report by Android Central shows off images of alleged AnTuTu scores from the upcoming device.

The report points out that the benchmark screenshots hint that the upcoming OnePlus 6 has scored an impressive 276510 beating the score that Xiaomi has been touting for its upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S.

For reference, Mi Mix 2S scored 273741 and this almost confirms the fact that OnePlus 6 will come with Snapdragon 845 out of the box.

One thing to note here is that benchmarks are not indicative of the real world performance of any device and they only function to give a baseline idea about what users can expect from a device while giving a comparative scale to compare.

Another thing that the report pointed out is the presence of the notch and how the status icons are arranged. There is nothing visible in the screenshot but the appearance of the system clock on the left side along with repositioned system icons hint at the presence of a notch along with the 19:9 aspect ratio of the screenshots hinting at that display resolution with a little more space on the top for the notch instead of the usual 18:9 display aspect ratio.

All the information here should be taken with a pinch of salt as OnePlus has not issued any details about the upcoming flagship.

Furthermore, co-founder of the company, Carl Pei also termed one of the previous reports as 'clickbait rumour mill'.
