OnePlus 5 available for purchase online alongside damage protection and extended warranty pack

The newly launched and highly anticipated OnePlus 5 was  officially announced in India on 22 June, 2017 and is now available for purchase online. The phone comes in two price options of Rs 32,299 for the 6 GB / 64 GB RAM/storage combo and Rs 37,999 for the 8 GB / 128 GB combo. There are two ways to purchase the phone OnePlus 5 — through Amazon which is its official sales partner and also through its own website called Oneplusstore . While purchasing through both the official website and Amazon you can avail a damage protection plan via which you can claim accidental damage coverage (drops, spills and cracks) from day one for a one-time fee of Rs 2,099 for the 64 GB edition and Rs 2,399 for the 128 GB edition. Through the official website, an additional extended warranty pack can be added for 12 months at Rs 1,699 and 24 months at Rs 3,999. Both websites offer free shipping and a secure refund policy. Apart from that, you can also get a free, 12-month Accidental Damage Insurance by opening a Kotak 811 Account and a Rs 1,500 cash back on purchase with SBI Debit/Credit cards. The phone is powered by a top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 2.4 GHz. The display is a 5.5 inch screen protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The screen resolution is  a 1080p display alongside a fingerprint scanner which unlocks the device in 0.2 seconds. The battery is rated at 3300 mAh, and has the signature feature of OnePlus, the Dash Charge.
