Olive Launches The Wiz, QWERTY Triple SIM Handset

After the launch of the country’s first 3G embedded Netbooks and Olive FrvrOn, the hybrid powered phone; Olive Telecommunications has launched the ‘Olive Wiz’- a social networking triple sim QWERTY phone (2GSM+CDMA).

The Olive Wiz allows one click access to Facebook and Twitter along with browsing web-browsing enabled through Opera Mini browser. Olive Wiz also offers the convenience of easy Email access while offering the convenience of a QWERTY keypad that allows faster responsiveness through a built in instant messenger.

Besides the standard equipment, the phone features a 2.0 megapixel camera, an expandable memory slot that can support upto 4 GB microSD Card, a 2.2" (5.58 cm) Color Screen, e-mail browsing and WAP/MMS/GPRS.

Other features include:

• Internal memory of 256 + 64 Mbit, supports upto 4 GB external memory

Olive Telecommunications maintains the Wiz is priced below Rs. 6000. Exact pricing hasn’t been revealed.

The Olive Wiz comes with three backpanels - black, yellow and silver for the user to customize their personal look and with a 100 day replacement warranty from the date of purchase as a part of the 1 year warranty.
