Nvidia has released brand new drivers, for its GeForce-8800 series of cards. This latest release also features fixes and tweaks for Nvidia’s own Purevideo video processing codec, apart from the normal game-related fixes. The changes include upgrades to the de-interlacing algorithms and the inverse telecine. Combined together these two tweaks are expected to improve picture quality in standard and HD video content.
The new driver version no is 97.94 and is available from Nvidia’s website here.

Please note this driver is only compatible with all versions of Windows XP. For Windows Vista users, the existing driver set remains 100.65.
