Now, Google Glass can be bought by anyone in US for $1500

Google Glass can now be bought by anyone residing in the US for $1500. Unlike the previous  **one day sale** , users don’t need an invite to buy it.   According to a post on Google+, Glass Explorer Edition is now up for sale but only in the US. The company claims it received overwhelming response to its one day sale of Glass. The post further states, “We almost ran out of inventory and had to close things down early. We’ve since built our inventory back up and plan to continue to accelerate new ways to expand the program.”   Google wants optometrists, sports lovers, online retailers, cooks and travellers to try out the Glass, and also looking forward to their feedback to improve the product. As of now the product is still in the beta stage, and a commercial launch is expected later this year.   The Google+ post hasn’t mentioned the number of units available for sale. But it does say that the sale will be on as long as stocks last.
