Nokia XL now in India for Rs 11,489: Dual SIM, 5-inch display, dual core CPU

  The Nokia XL Dual SIM is now listed on the company’s official store for Rs 11,489. Currently available only in green colour, the company promises to deliver the device in five working days. The XL is among the trio of Android-based devices - X+ and XL - from Nokia. The Nokia X hit store shelves last month while the X+ is expected to hit stores soon.   The Nokia XL sports a 5-inch display with 480 x 800 pixels of resolution, and is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon processor that clocks at 1GHz. It comes equipped with a 5 megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for Skype calls and selfies. Its 4GB onboard storage can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card slot.   The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with A-GPS. It runs Android, but the login and app data is said to be tied to Microsoft’s cloud services, and not Google as in any other Android phone. The phones run a version of Android Open Source Project, with access to sideloading of apps, third-party app stores and Nokia’s own store.
