The new Music Edition range of Nseries phones from Nokia—the N70 Music Edition, the Nokia N73 Music Edition and the Nokia N91 8GB—are slated to be launched in India by November 2006.
The N80 Internet Edition—with a WiFi wizard, a SIP VoIP client that doesn't support Skype, a Download! client and a Yahoo! mobile search application—will also be launched around the same time.
Nokia also announced that the new N95 'multimedia computer' will be launced early 2007. Specific prices have not been announced, but Vineet Taneja, Director of Multimedia at Nokia India said that the prices will range between Rs 17,000 to Rs 35,000.
Significant upgrades in the new Music Edition Nseries phones include: a bigger hard drive in the N91, Windows Media Player synchronization support, music recommendation from 'independent music experts', dedicated music access keys and music optimized headsets.
Other than those, the phones are the exact same as the existing Nseries range, only in a shiny, black color, 'appealing to the music enthusiast in everyone'.
