New Modes/Maps For Resistance: Fall of Man

On March 23rd, the day of the European launch for the PS3, developer Insomniac Games plans on launching an update for Resistance: Fall of Man. The update will give gamers two additional game modes – Team Conversion and Assault. The Team conversion mode is a lot like the standard conversion mode, only team based and with a few minor changes. Assault however, is a base destruction mode where you have to wear down your enemy’s base defenses down before you can destroy their base.

Insomniac Games also plans on releasing an update in May that will allow worldwide play, and let you purchase and download maps from within the game. The matchmaking system will also be tweaked, along with a lot of other elements in the game.
